To this day today, I have not received this order - and I have found it impossible to contact the company - by phone or e-mail. I agree, someone needs to check this company out. Over #120.00 was removed from my bank for the order, but no tracking bumber was given to me. Here it is 15 days since order, and 13 days since order was processed, and they have sent no tracking. I called, a girl said it was because of a huricane, I have noticed no huricane on internnational weather reports. I have contacted them 3 times, with no reply. I let them know that I will give them until tomorrow about getting a tracking and confirmation that it has been sent, if no answer, I will contact bank, and see about money return. They will investigate it. I used to have no problem with Medmex. Then 2 orders never arrived. I finally went back and two order did game. It seems it is a crap shoot to order with them Ordered from e-drugs last week, and the order was processed and shipped the same day. It is too bad, that medmex, who I would rather deal with, has seemingly ripped me off. |

Email was sent back undeliverable and the web site is no longer. A good lesson for me when I have an inclination to purchase online. |

When I emailed customer service, the address is invalid. Not sure what's going on, but I'm keeping a close eye on my bank statements. |

Diputed with my bank, tried to contact medmex they emailed me said my order was shipped still none received, got another email said it was held at border, waited got anothe email said I need to reorder and give cc numbers again, Im no fool! |

I sent an email which was undeliverable and the site is not online. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I guess if that does not work I will just consider it an $83 dollar lesson! |
