I realize they are an overseas pharmacy so I adjusted my time estimates. It does take weeks for an order to arrive. I would see a package with a hand written sender and receiver. I assumed that they would assign an employee to go out and purchase the meds, or at least wrap the meds in a personable package. Now, if it were the former case, that employee would have to have been given the funds for the purchase. What is to prevent that employee from pocketing the funds and claiming the package of meds was sent? How does one get a refund for medications lost in teh mail? One cannot. If one never receives their order, the only manner in which one can receive a refund is to send the information needed to verify that customs has seized the order. I never received such a statement from customs. Perhaps their customs caught the package and Medscorp didn't notify me and kept my money? Dunno. Well, that lesson cost me several hundred dollars. I feel badly that I must write this report but I had no recourse with them. I was a longtime customer with a long history that spanned years although I didn't have that many orders. Apparently one's history doesn't count at all. |

No response to e-mails AT ALL. Cancelled order on website, then contacted MasterCard, who thankfully reversed charges. Beware of this company. |
